Shipment and Returns Policy


Shipment

We usually take three method of shipment, there are:

  1. Door to door air freight shipping method. It usually takes 3 – 5 days
  2. Door to port air freight shipping method. It usually takes 5-7 days
  3. Door to port sea freight shipping method. It usually takes 30 days

Returns Policy

Exchange will be given 10 days after order received only on defected products in the production process. The replacement will be delivered as soon as we received the returned products. We'll cover the shipment cost of the replacement products and customer will be cover the shipment cost of the returned products.
